Civil Engineering Department at Vasavi College of Engineering and Poornima College of Engineering Jointly organizing the International Conference on ADVANCES IN CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING FOR SUSTAINABILITY (ICACC 2024) on April 26-27, 2024. Sustainability is crucial for mitigating environmental challenges like climate change, resource depletion, and pollution. The conference explores how materials innovation and emerging technologies can mitigate these challenges by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing waste generation, optimizing resource use, and enhancing infrastructure resilience. This conference aims to bring researchers from academia, government agencies, research laboratories, and the corporate sector together to a common platform to share their experience and research results in Concrete and Construction Engineering for Sustainability. As a result of globalization, there is an opportunity for all-round development by promoting the exchange of knowledge and technological advancements. We hope our Conference will offer all participants unique opportunities for interesting and fruitful interactions, providing them with memorable and pleasant experiences.

This conference aims to reduce environmental and ecological mitigation and create sustainable products in Civil Engineering. For this aim, the conference   ICACC-2024 can be a great platform to promote research in the subject area and exchange innovative ideas among academicians, engineers, scientists, and practitioners worldwide.

The themes of the conference have been selected accordingly. The conference also aims to open future avenues for the overall development of Civil Engineering with sustainability in all professional Institutions / Organizations.

Call for Papers

ICACC 2024 invites full-length original research contributions from engineering professionals from industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, government departments and research scholars worldwide. Full-length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding ten pages shall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not be under review. Further, the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail ID and affiliation of all authors. Soft copies of the full-length manuscripts (in .pdf) shall be uploaded to icacc@vce.ac.in. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review, and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommend further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author, and the revised version shall be submitted within fifteen days of the date of notification.
