The inaugural ceremony featured dignitaries including Professor Ir. Dr. U. Johnson Alengaram (University of Malaya, Malaysia) and Er. N. Srinivas (UltraTech Cement Limited, India) as Chief Guests. During the inauguration, the Chief Guest, Professor Alengaram, underscored the pivotal role of concrete in shaping the sustainability of infrastructure and urged participants to explore innovative approaches to concrete production and utilization to minimize carbon emissions and resource consumption. The technical sessions saw participants engage in discussions and paper presentations, with a total of 63 papers presented both in offline and online modes.

TThese papers covered topics such as sustainable materials (e.g., geopolymer concrete, waste utilization), environmental impact assessment (e.g., carbon footprint, wastewater treatment), and structural analysis (e.g., seismic performance). The conference concluded with a valedictory ceremony, which included a conference report presented by Dr. S. Vijaykumar, Organizing Secretary. The valedictory chief guests were Dr. K. V. L. Subramaniam (IIT Hyderabad, India) andEr. Sneha Redla (Aarvee Associates, India). The ceremony served as a reflection on the key outcomes and a call to continue the momentum generated towards a more sustainable future for the construction industry.
