How to Reach VCE Campus

Vasavi College of Engineering is located in Hyderabad city, the capital of Telangana, in Southern India, around 570 km north of Bengaluru and 1600 km south of Delhi. The following guidelines may help you reach the conference venue in the shortest possible way:

By Road By Train By Air

Hyderabad is well connected by national highways NH44, NH65, and NH163. From the city center (Lakdi-ka-pul or Mehdipatnam), the shortest route to the campus is via Langar Houz–Ibrahimbagh, covering about 12–14 km in 25–30 minutes depending on traffic.

The nearest major railway stations are Hyderabad Deccan (Nampally) and Secunderabad Junction, situated around 13 km and 18 km, respectively, from the campus. From either station, you can reach the college in 25–35 minutes by cab or auto via Mehdipatnam–Langar Houz–Ibrahimbagh Road.

The nearest airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad, located about 30 km from the campus. The shortest route is via PV Narasimha Rao Expressway, taking approximately 35–40 minutes by taxi or cab. Regular flights connect Hyderabad with major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.   

Visa & Travel Assistance

International participants attending the International Conference on Sustainable Energy, Environment, and Green Technologies (ICACC 2026), to be held at Vasavi College of Engineering, hyderabad, India, on November 27-28, 2026, are advised to apply for an appropriate Indian visa well in advance.
